Winter Sunset From my Window - sunset photo

This is yesterday's sunset. I have a beautiful landscape opening up from my window to west.

I was just looking out of my window when I spotted the wonderful colors of the sky.

I made this photo facing the sun, braking so the rules, but they are made to be broken.
It is amazing how fast the colors change at sunset. In a few minutes the sun was gone after the hill.

It is more amazing how a camera can change a human being. In everyday alert rhythm, we don't really take notice of these beautiful things.

Thanks to my humble Canon camera I discovered and learned to appreciate these "less" significant pleasures of life, like taking a photo of a beautiful landscape.
