Parrot tulips-macro photography

Parrot tulips with their exotic shape are the most spectacular of all tulips. Their twisted and wavy petals are splashed and striped with brilliant color combination make them of a unique beauty.
The tulip in the first close-up photo has fringed, bright red petals with yellow flames.

They're quite striking, aren't they? I grew some a couple of years ago, I think they were called 'Red Riding Hood'. So pretty!
